When We Train

All of our classes at Burton MMA are focussed on mixed martial arts competition. We also recognise the importance of fitness and conditioning and address that through our sports specific fitness sessions.

    1pm Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Sparring class (Advanced Only)

All classes are mixed ability (unless stated otherwise) and a basic knowledge is assumed, these classes contain technique training, light contact and technical sparring drills.
